How does it work:

Air from waste container and suction hose is removed by a vacuum generating system. Cleaning nozzle is permanently attached to a hose by threaded fitting with o-ring. Underpressure inside it tears off a spinal cord from spinal canal and transports it to an underpressure tank. The stronger attached parts of spinal can be disabled with the help of a cutting edge at the end of suction hose. We offer various types of hoses
in accordance with an application.

Device must be mounted at workplace and connected to compressed air source. Air pressure must be adjusted with the transducer on air treatment system. Minimal pressure is 4 bar, but to increase suction power the pressure must be increased up to 6 bars. The fixed pressure can be checked with a gauge on air treatment system.

Nautilus VI starts automatically after lifting of a suction hose from a holder, which can be mounted directly on the device or next to the workplace. Putting back a hose to a holder turns off the machine.

Work with a device is very simple – thanks to elastic tube and lightweight ergonomic cleaning hose it does not require much of strength to remove a spinal cord and spinal canal scouring.

To remove wastes after a slaughter a device must be turned off and lower lid of a tank opened after prior putting a container below it.  Wastes will slide into this container which can be emptied into a waste container. Tank and can be washed by your central cleaning system or any other cleaning system.

Our modern solution is very inexpensive in operation – compressed air consumption, lasting 2-3 minutes per unit, allows significant financial savings. Additionally it is very safe as well as it does not need power supply which is a major advantage in humid environment. Companies that have a wastes vacuum transport system can combine it with a Nautilus VI and this will allow an automatic wastes disposal.
